We offer a flexible part-time job at ICA stores. With us, you have the opportunity to work during the day, in the evenings, or on weekends. You enter your availability in our scheduling system and are then asked about work shifts via our  app. In other words, this is a perfect part-time job alongside studies or another job!

Bemannica is an authorized staffing company that helps ICA stores with their staffing needs. We strengthen, among other things, the cash register or staff up on the floor during illness. 

Through us, you will work at various ICA stores in Landskrona, Lund, and Malmö. However, we at Bemannica always try to minimize the number of different stores you are at, for both your and the customer's sake. The tasks are based on your competence. You will only be booked for the departments and tasks that you have previous experience in. 

So who are you? Our experience shows that those who perform their work as store consultants best are those who enjoy working in a store! We are looking for you who have previously been employed in a grocery store and have experience in either cash handling or stock replenishment. If you also have experience working with post, gaming, or delicatessen, it is considered highly meritorious.

As a person, you are very service-oriented and enjoy daily interaction with customers. You are flexible and thrive in fast-paced and eventful workdays.

Employment type: Temporary employment, as needed.

Salary: According to the Handels collective agreement with associated OB supplements.
